　　一、让对方看不懂的简历

　　编写个人简历首先要求遵循的原则是简洁、明了、真实、精炼，此外个人简历还需要具有非常高的可读性。你所写的个人简历并不是给自己看的，而是给用人单位的招聘官看，如果对方在筛选个人简历的时候却不能读懂简历，会直接被淘汰掉。要知道在招聘期间招聘官每天会浏览大量的个人简历，一份看不懂的建立，绝不会花更多时间来搞懂。那么，求职者在编写个人简历的时候一定要注意其可读性、逻辑性。

　　二，让对方没兴趣的简历

　　个人简历的作用之一就是让招聘官对自己的感兴趣，一份简历若不能让对方产生兴趣，被录取的可能性就非常小。然而在现实中很多求职者所编写的个人简历，却总是存在华而不实的问题，单单是看两行就让人失去兴趣。

　　三，让对方没有印象的简历

　　不管是投递简历还是在面试上，求职者要做的是给对方留下深刻的印象，要明确的知道一份优秀的简历必然能给对方留下印象。而不能留下印象的简历，即便侥幸通过第一轮少选，也很能坚持到最后。
