这句话指的`是一个人的行为举止或表现跟平时正常的他不太一样，似乎有什么不寻常的事情发生导致他不太对劲。当我们察觉一个人有这样的倾向时，我们就可以用这个句型来表达，比方说：“John hasn't been himself recently.”(约翰最近不太对劲)

John: Hey, Tony,you haven't been yourself the past few days. Are you okay?
约翰：嘿，汤尼,你最近几天很不对劲，你还好吧?
Tony: Well...not really.It's Rebecca.She is breaking up with me.

John: Oh, man...did she tell you why?

在这段对话当中，John因为察觉到Tony近来的言行举止有异样之处，因此说“you haven't been yourself”，表示一个人变得跟以前不一样。
